Vice Presidents Report: No Report. No Ice Cream Cake.

Presidents Report:

Fair in the Square Saturday December 6, 2008.
Verona PBA Website started on copcircle.com.
Volunteers needed to help with webpage. Kiernan & McGarrity volunteered.

Delegates Report:

Delegate absent. Report given by President.
Bloomfield Dinner Dance 11/15/2008 at the Fiesta.
Blue Mass 12/11/2008.
IRS Legislation – Not finalized yet, put off till 2011.

Costume Trip - Volunteers needed. 12/19/08 @ 9am. Lunch at O’Neils.

Christmas Party – 12/12/08 at Rome. 8-2 vote for PBA members free, all others pay.

Old Business:

Sona – Where is the ice cream cake?????

New Business:

Motion for 4 tickets to Bloomfield Dinner Dance. Depoe / Kiernan. Passed
Vote “No” for donation to Belivaqua / Garden Academy.
DiStefano – Gave thanks to those who attended his promotion party.
Kiernan – Flag Pole for front of Headquarters and Plaque for Braun. Grounds committee started – Kiernan,
Banta, Shafer, Wardrope.
