February 17th 2009
Meeting called to order 1800 hours
Advertising: Place banner across Bloomfield Ave. – ask County for permission
Signs at 880 & Civic Center
Teletype and Trax messages
PBA Announcements at meetings
New Logo? Solicit graphic artist for logo
Trophies: Same as last year
Look into sponsors from website
Food:Marti Gras, Bayou Grill, Lakeside.
Hot Dog Cart
Make sure vendors honor food coupons given to show participants
Town: Barrels for civic center
Bathrooms open in town hall
Signs directing to bathrooms
Verona TV
VRS/VFD
County Sheriff for Deputies
Raffle Permit: check with VRS or Jean MacEnroe.
Other Agencies: Horses, Motor Cycles, State Police
Media
Services – have water available for horses, T-shirts for participants
Dunk Tank: Look into bouncy thing for kids
