Website Committee Meeting
Location: Break Room @ Headquarters
Attendees: Lt Kiernan, Sgt. Ruglio, Officer Banta, Officer Shafer
Cops and Rodders
Tim Banta to have printer email webmaster registration form and flier in PDF format for printing off of Verona PBA
website.
Discussed offering a donation "Package" including three options 1-Web page Ad for $125.00 annual donation. 2-Be a
trophy Sponser for $50.00 and 3- 125 for Both.
Features (selling points) of the Electronic Ad Book
-Ad is up 24/7
-Business have their on page (no other ads on page)
-Business is mentioned in our sponsor section
-Business is mentioned in our quarterly news letter to all web registrants and members
-The Verona PBA website linked to the New Jersey PBA website which is a high traffic site.
-The Verona PBA website is associated with COPCIRCLE.COM which presently has over 150 member in this area and
more across the country who have agreed to receive email about their business. Periodic email blasts telling
COPCIRCLE.COM members and clients about donor's business are done at no additional charge.
-Business can make up to 20 revisions to their add each year.
-Ad on Verona PBA website will be linked directly to business owners website.
-Also discussed in the layout on the Verona PBA website.
-Two Directories. One with a listing of the Donor Business names that are links to their Ads. The other directory will be
a map with red dots that when you mouse over them the business name appears. The dots will also be a link to the
Dona tor's Ad.
Also suggested to put in the sales pitch is the comparison in price and value regarding the paper add book vs. The
electronic add book.
In addition to "door to door" solicitation, their will be step by step explanation online how to donate and advertise.

Also discussed was allowing access "members only section" to all retired members. Need to obtain a list of all retired
members and their email. Retired members also eligible for their own PBA email.
Suggested that electronic ad book will provide benefit to both the PBA and Donor. Potential for consistent annual
income and better value for donor at same or lower price.
